About Course

The AI Automation for IT Operations & Business Workflows program at Avacoa Digital School is a 5-month hands-on TechLab designed to equip students with practical AI and workflow automation skills for modern workplaces. The program includes 4 months of instructor-led training and 1 month of project-based internship focused on real business and IT operations scenarios.

Students will learn how to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operational workflows, improve workplace efficiency, and build AI-powered business solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Python, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, and UiPath.

By the end of the program, students will be able to build automation workflows, AI-assisted operational systems, onboarding and documentation processes, reporting solutions, and IT support automation projects suitable for real workplace environments and entry-level industry opportunities.
